Contractor management
The contractor coordination playbook
Getting outside trades to show up, update the job and close it out, without another login.

Contractors are not avoiding your system. They are avoiding a login, a password reset and a form built for someone else's workflow.
Brief the job properly the first time
Most callbacks come from a vague brief. A photo, an asset name and site access notes remove the phone call before the visit and the second visit after it.
Make updating frictionless
A single link that opens the job, accepts a note and a photo, and marks it done is the highest completion rate you will get. Everything heavier gets ignored on a busy day.
- Accepted, with an ETA.
- On site, with a photo of the fault.
- Complete, with a photo of the finished work.
Score performance quietly
Response time, first visit fix rate and callback rate tell you who to call next time. You do not need a scorecard meeting, just the numbers when you renew.
