Hotel maintenance without the radio chatter
Housekeeping reports, engineering resolves, and nobody re-types anything.

In a hotel, the person who spots the problem is rarely the person who can fix it, and they have twelve more rooms to turn over.
Report from the room, in plain language
A photo and a sentence beats a radio call that interrupts three people. The room number comes along automatically, so engineering never has to ask where.
Protect the guest experience first
Sort by guest impact, not by trade. Anything affecting an occupied or sellable room jumps the queue, and the front desk can see the status without asking.
